"Attachment Disorder" is a very broad term that can refer to many different disorders. One of the most common types of Attachment Disorder is Reactive Attachment Disorder. But regardless, the things that you described do not sound consistent with any Attachment Disorders. The presentation of someone with an Attachment Disorder does not merely include a disinterest in talking to someone on the phone or having a hard time thanking someone.
