I almost died and my brother did not even call me?

I was recently hospitalized and had emergency surgery which saved my life. My younger brother did not pick up the phone to text or call me nor did he visit.His fiancee even visited me several times. I was talking to my mom and said, that I was hurt that he did not even send a text to see if I was alright nor did he respond to the text that I sent him. She said that he was receiving all of his information from her and did not see the point. However, my older brother texted me every day and any other close relatives, called my mom when she was visiting me. Lately, I think that he and I have been falling apart from a once close relationship. Should I share my hurt with him or should I just keep my feelings to myself and let the two of us just fester in our own little bratty worlds.
