Is this child abuse? Help please!?

It's child abuse of the worst kind, if this is going on. Not only is it physical abuse, but the psychological abuse that you're experiencing is tremendous. You need to go to the right people in order to have this looked into. If you're still in school, then you need to pick a teacher that you trust (teachers are mandated reporters, and it will be reported), or go to your school counselor and explain what's happening (also a mandated reporter...but reports from either are taken very seriously). If you're not in school right now, then you need to look up your local department of social services. Tell them you need to speak with a "Child Protective Worker", and encourage them to look into your situation by telling them your story and what's happening to you. You can also contact a local child abuse hotline, which you'd have to look up for your area, but you could talk with someone if you find some alone time to get some answers at this number: 1-800-4-A-CHILD (same as 1-800-422-4453).
