When should i take a pregnancy test?

Ok well I've been trying to get pregnant but me and my hubby haven't had no alone time lol. I'm 21yrs old irregular period. I have a 6yr old little boy. I started my perion on june2nd2011 it lasted 12 days was light to medium and then I got a positive ovulation on june18th2011 I had un protected sex on june20th2011. When should I test to see if I'm pregnant??
